The nine completed assignments in this semester's Headmaster all seem to share a moody and phallocentric examination of goldenness - from Slava Mogutin's "Piss Rubbers" to the subtler instincts of Nathan Prouty's homophillic wearables to Chris Bogia's ornate interpretation of The Carniverous Lamb as a bejewelled sacrificial object - More than any other issue of Headmaster the diversity of the projects here also stand united as a visual thesis on queer mindsets. -EF
