Kovra #4 Cuatro
104p, b&w, 6.25"x8.75"
I think it's quite a feat to put together a great anthology, but the Spanish collection Kovra seems on track for showcasing an international grouping of really awesome work- much like Maria Sputnik's Gazeta anthology or the S! pocket magazines. Kovra Cuatro features folks whose work I love like Mickey Zacchilli and Inés Estrada and introduces me to some unknown quantities like Nestor F. and June Lee, an artist from China, whose longer piece about some boys up to marketplace mischief sort of blew me away.
