I pulled this old thing out from the deepest recesses of our minicomic stacks -- a forgotten relic of Consignments Past, vintage 2009. This mini is about as rough as they come, but it's hard not to be charmed by its total devotion to faithful transcription of human foibles. It's brimming with bumbling bon mots from a forgotten world of the losers, lovers, loafers and dads renting back rooms in Realsville. Absurdist & hypnotic, like riding in a subway just full enough with drunks and bums to eavesdrop without getting any puke on you. (And it's cheaper than L fare.) ~GS
