Marc Fischer's fourth installment of archived imagery of Library Excavations is almost definitely the creepiest. Suspect Methodology is like an art gallery of anonymous and ambiguous would be perpetrators. Or are they? The reader is not certain if the subjects in these photographs are guilty of any crimes or even who they are or why they've been documented in this manner. The end result is an unsettling and thought provoking spread of nameless, numbered faces. -CH
