VSNQST slips into a nice piece of sci-fi that is built around questioning the content and meaning of digital social networks, invented identities, and cultural appropriation. Premised on an addictive second-lifey live-out sweeping a small Vermontian town, the QST moves rapidly into a chaos, like Lord of the Flies with iPhones. Yanow's visual language uses some great gestures to move between on- and off-line realms as well. -EF
