Directions to Quimby's
Monday - Thursday: 12pm - 9pm
Friday: 12pm - 10pm
Saturday: 11am - 10pm
Sunday: 12pm - 7pm
Quimby's is located in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago, on North Ave. at Wolcott St. (three blocks East of Damen Ave.) and 1 block west of Honore.
CTA - The North Avenue bus #72 stops at Wolcott and we are right there at 1854 W. North Ave. There are also plenty of buses that run on both North Ave., Damen, and Milwaukee Ave (we are 3 easily walkable blocks from that intersection). For CTA trains: take the El (O'Hare-Forest Park) Blue Line, exit at the Damen stop. When you get out of the station, turn left (north) on Damen. Then make a right (east) on North Ave, and walk three blocks. We are at Wolcott. However, please note that the Damen Blue Line Stop (the stop closest to Quimby's) will be closed from Oct 20th-Dec 22nd, 2014. For more info about the CTA, visit transitchicago.com.
Metra - If you are taking the Metra from the suburbs, we are about a one mile walk from the Clybourn stop, that stop being located at 2001 N. Ashland Ave. For more info about the Metra, visit the Metrarail.com.
90/94 (Kennedy Expressway) - Exit onto North Avenue so that you are heading west, towards Ashland Avenue. Pass Paulina, Hermitage, Wood and Honore. Quimby's is at 1854 W. North Ave, at Wolcott, across from the Rapid Transit Cycle Shop that has a bike hanging from a pole overhead. If you hit Damen, you have gone too far west.
Lake Shore Drive - Exit at North Ave/LaSalle, then travel west on North Ave. about 20 blocks. Quimby's is at 1854 W. North Ave, at Wolcott, across from the Rapid Transit Cycle Shop that has a bike hanging from a pole overhead. If you hit Damen, you have gone too far west.
