Tessa Brunton's comics are super good. Mostly autobiographical stories (with embelishments when neccessary), there's got a great sense of comedic timing that transcends cheap laffs and unpretentiously captures something bigger. Brunton's linework has a great feel too- somewhere on a spectrum betwixt Theo Ellsworth and early Lynda Barry. -EF
