Well, sure. I would say the highlight of Cloud Comics #2 is a weird art deco collaged story "Manhattan Madness"  by Gail Burwen all about Fred Astaire, Dick Nixon, and a troupe of Caveman Rockettes. The rest of the issue is enjoyable 1971 underground gobbledygook by the usual gang of idiots. -EF
