Bessijelle is making some of the most interesting comics coming out now and I am ridiculously amped on this book. Weird-delicate-intricate-weird pencil renders, cutting into drastic angles and a fish eyed perspective on identity. Face Man has the tricky ghastlies of a Nikolai Gogol story and the visual burn of Czech New Wave as our Face Man runs through a city and a play and arrivals never understood. Haunts you. -EF
