I haven't made it quite through Lucky Peach's Chinatown Issue and I'm not sure I'll be able to - it feels a little like a Nick Broomfield documentary with much of their "reportage" sliding between the unfocused, the uninteresting and the unbelievable. I enjoy their saucy ways, but it only works if there's some substance to back up the snark. Looks real tasty though, and there's a few succulent morsels lurking in the gravy. -EF
