A Place In Time comes at the University of Illinois, the first half looking at the macro view of how there came to be a university there in the first place, the second half digging into the nitty gritty of a 1967 televised political discussion and its heated debates about civil rights and the war. The two halves don't quite feed into each other, instead working as seperate entities pared next to each other on semi-related topics of location and position. The shift of perspectiv works like reading two books about different eras of the same city.
