Steinberg's second installment of the Stonewall: Miss Venus storyline is just as carefully crafted as the first. Emulating Tarpe Mills'  Miss Fury comics, Steinberg seemlessly melds the camp of crime pulp to a dramatization of queer resistence in the psychedelic 60s. Miss Venus places a fictional young queen in the fray of the Stonewall Riots, alongside Sylvia Rivera and Storme Delarverie. Love this series. -EF
