I rilly, rilly like this book! Two little dragon nerds stage an "Offices and Humans" campaign and watch outrageous bootleg cusomer service videos. Eronen's got a terrific approach to character design: simple and goofy in a way that makes his stories sparkle. Reminds me a little of Sam Gaskin's comics- smart clowning. -EF
