In the wake of the demise of Scoot! Quarterly, Howard Rains started Scooter 'Zine. Riding since 2008 he's owned at least 9 scooters and started a scooter club. In this November/December 2020 issue he recruits other riders to write about their experiences, make scooter art and nerd out about their passion for their Vespas. -LM
